Discounts on the RIDE

Overview

The RIDE is the MBTA's door-to-door, shared ride public transportation option. It serves riders with disabilities who have trouble using the subway, bus, or other fixed-route transit modes.

You may be eligible for discounted travel on The RIDE if you use The RIDE and are at least one of the following:

• at least 65 years old
• enrolled in an approved state assistance program
• enrolled in our Senior reduced fares program
• enrolled in our Income-Eligible Reduced Fares program
